So nice experience with almakar. They was so kind and trust. I recommend all to go visit them . Them car was so clean and new . I never face any problems with them car . It was excellent 👏. The pictures above-mentioned its take to them nice, beautiful office. Just plz becarful about the camera in the road. They have min speed is 40 km and also u must see 2 time about zebra line
في الحقيقة سعدت بالتعامل معهم وكانوا جدا متعاونين ذات شفافية . فقط وجب التنبيه الحذر عند القيادة ف شوراع كازاخستان مختلفة عن دول العالم والكاميرات تصور على سرعات منخفضة جدا مثل ٤٠ كيلو متر ف الساعة ووجب الحذر من خطوط عبور المشاه فهي مهمة جدا في الماتي وكل كازاخستان. انصحكم بشدة بالتعامل معهم ولديهم خيارات التأمين حسب اختيارك ومدى فهمك في القيادة وقوانين كازاخستان . للعلم لديهم تخفيض ٥٠% على المخالفات ف حالة تم الدفع قبل مضي ٧ ايام . وفي الصورة المرفقة هي المؤدية الي مكتبهم الجميل almakar
I rented from this place two years ago and a recent rental experience in another country inspired me to come back and write a review for Almakar. The car we rented was in great condition, all papers etc were included, the process for renting was fast and easy. The pickup drop off location makes things easy. Communication was good and they are transparent and trusty worthy, my deposit was returned in the time period they stated. I had overall a great experience with Almakar. If there is one downside it is what others have mentioned that the international payment process is not the best and you lose money on fees exchanges, but hopefully they can find a way to improve.
Excellent car provided with best customer service! Bek was great at communication and I did not feel the language barrier with him that I felt in the rest of Almaty. He was quick at using a translator and provide quick replies to all my queries. The car, a Hyundai Staria was brand new and me and my family enjoyed driving it in Almaty city and the countryside. We drove all the way to Charyn Canyon and Kolsai Lakes National Park and had a hassle free experience in the lovely car provided by them. They kept up the communication throughout even after we returned the car until the time they refunded the deposit. The entire experience was smooth and I shall definitely rent a car from them on my next visit to Almaty. Even though we ended up exceeding our kilometer limit, they were very reasonable on the extra kilometer charges. A very genuine and honest car rental company. Thank you Bek and Team Almakar

Брал машину на неделю, ездил на Алаколь, все в порядке. Сами привезли, сами забрали, все вовремя. Единственный ньюанс что залог вернули через 10 дней вместо 7, сказали что база мвд по штрафам долго выдает информацию.
